With over 30 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, I’ve developed a deep respect for bioindividuality—the understanding that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition or health. I meet each client where they are in their journey, and help guide them toward sustainable, meaningful change, no matter their starting point.

My path began with a degree in psychology, followed by postgraduate studies in nutrition. I moved to Boston to complete a competitive dietetic internship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where I was honored to join the team as a clinical Registered Dietitian. Over five years, I gained invaluable experience across a wide range of inpatient and outpatient settings, deepening my understanding of the complex relationship between nutrition, health, and healing.

Since then, I’ve followed a diverse and fulfilling career path—working in private practice, managing a holistic healthcare office, teaching cooking classes, and even developing recipes in a test kitchen. I also owned and operated a women’s fitness studio, where I blended small-group personal training with nutrition coaching and accountability support.

In recent years, I’ve returned to my core passion: helping individuals transform their health through a functional and integrative approach to nutrition. I hold certifications in Holistic Health Coaching and Applied Functional Medicine, and I bring these principles into every aspect of my practice. My work is rooted in identifying and addressing the root causes of imbalance—not just managing symptoms—so my clients can truly thrive.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me enjoying time near the ocean, traveling, cooking, staying active, fishing, and spending quality time with family and friends.
I have a very practical approach to nutrition & lifestyle coaching and understand what it takes to implement change. This helps me make my recommendations “real”. I am not someone to just provide a list of WHAT to do, but also help you on HOW to do it and WHY. Let me be your guide in becoming the healthiest YOU!
