If you ask my family and friends they will tell you I practice what I preach.

I believe in bioindividuality and that there is no one perfect diet for all. I honor where someone is at in their health journey and can help anyone advance their health to a better place. I have had a variety of experiences in my 30+ years in the health and wellness industry.  I graduated with a degree in psychology and post graduation further my studies in Nutrition and moved to Boston for a dietetic internship at Brigham and Women's Hospital. Post internship I was hired at Brigham and Women's hospital and spent 5 years as a clinical dietitian. After my clinical experience, I explored a variety of areas including private practice, work in a test kitchen, teaching cooking classes at adult education, and managing a holistic health care office.

In 2011, I owned and operated a women's gym that combined small group personal training with nutrition. After a few years, I returned to my roots in weight management and nutrition coaching. During this time I also earned a certification in holistic health coaching and completed 2 year of advanced studies in applied functional medicine.  I have found my passion in using the principles of Functional Medicine in my Nutrition work with clients.

I enjoy travel, fitness, cooking, fishing, spending time near the ocean and all of the above especially with friends and family.

I have a very practical approach to nutrition & lifestyle coaching and understand what it takes to implement change. This helps me make my recommendations “real”.  I am not someone to just provide a list of WHAT to do, but also help you on HOW to do it and WHY.  Let me be your guide in becoming the healthiest YOU!

We can work together in person if you are local, or otherwise virtually by phone or Zoom.
